Payment: We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro, Solo and cheques.
VAT: All prices are inclusive of VAT. If you require a VAT receipt please advise us when ordering.
Delivery: We will endeavour to despatch your order within 4 – 6 working days by Royal Mail or Parcelforce. If there is a delay for whatever reason we will notify you immediately.
The delivery charge is calculated on weight, packaging and method of shipment. The charge is displayed in the shopping cart before you proceed to checkout. Delivery charges are free on any order over £150.
If an item is not in stock we will notify you and advise when it is likely to be available. We can then either place it on backorder or you may cancel the order.
Overseas Delivery: All overseas delivery will be charged at cost. Please contact us by email or phone for a price.
Refunds: If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 14 days of receipt of your goods providing it is unused and in its original packaging. A full refund will then be given. Return postage will only be paid by us on a faulty item.
Product Guarantee: Whilst every effort has been made to describe our products accurately, slight variations may occur. All measurements quoted by us are approximate and colours may vary due to photographic processes.
Privacy Policy: Plaid Tidings will not make your details available to any other company or organisation. Your details will be stored in our system for delivery data and customer care.
